Unfortunately we have had a lot of rain that resulted in flooding and slows down the lowering of the river level. The golf course has been closed for two days, but has now opened for walking.
We took the boat over to Alexandria Bay this morning to get a pump out; we can't use the pump out at our marina because the water level is so high that Brenda cannot get off the boat to tie up the lines.
Here is a pictures of Alexandria Bay from the River:

There was a 30's era Trumphy docked at the Hutchinson's fuel dock. The name of the boat was "Enticer" with a hailing port of Newport, R.I.

When we got back to our marina, Brenda hit the laundry and I started to wax the boat. I got about a third of the boat done, and I'll continue to work on it in the coming days.

At the end of the day, it was time for Lulu and I to take a little nap.
